Fees & Scholarships
Conductors
The $3,200 program fee + $500 housing fee for conductors includes tuition and housing for the six weeks of our program. It does not include meals, travel, or other personal expenses.
Conductors are responsible for bringing as many of the scores on the curriculum as possible. Options for obtaining scores include borrowing from college libraries, online public access websites and, of course, purchases from various sheet music vendors. Our conductors form a bond and share scores as we do not expect any one conductor to bring all 60+ works studied.
If accepted in the program, a $400 registration deposit is required of all musicians to guarantee a position in our program. Upon arrival to Hancock, ME, that $400 then becomes your housing fee.
A $200 housing deposit is required in addition to the $500 housing fee and may be refunded after the festival upon inspection of living quarters.
